Tillbury Ice arena required an upgrade to its domestic hot water service which was used for restaurant and ice melting service. Also the changes triggered some electrical and code upgrades. E-Factor designed an upgrade which kept one of the existing instantaneous hot water heaters and added a 650 MBH Thermal Solutions potable hot water boiler. The system is as high as 88% efficient compared to efficiencies in the low 70% range.
