Upgrade of 24 year existing pneumatic controls and dual duct mixing boxes with new equipment. Project included the replacement of five existing supply fan motors and variable inlet vanes with premium efficiency motors, variable speed drives, and synchronous belt drives. An updated control strategy was employed to allow energy saving mode after occupied hours. Fuel and electrical costs for serving the 18 operating has been reduced by 50% as a result.
