Who we are
E-Factor is a mechanical engineering design firm incorporated in Vancouver, B.C. by Brian Sikorski, P.Eng., CEM. Our company specializes in designing and optimizing Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Plumbing and Fire Protection systems for commercial, institutional, and multi-residential buildings.
Our development history includes numerous cost-saving projects, including chilled water, heat recovery, heat pump, air handling and high-efficiency boiler systems. We incorporate variable speed systems to conserve energy while maximizing occupant comfort and equipment life. Collaboration with a network of contractors, suppliers, and sub-consultants allows us to design and deliver multi-discipline projects from concept through completion.
Our company forecast includes increases in expertise and personnel to continue providing excellent services to an increasingly large and diverse client base.
